Annual General Meeting
THE BOARD OF WINDSOR PRIDE COMMUNITY INVITES YOU TO JOIN US FOR OUR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
WHEN: Monday November 21, 2011 6:30 - 9pm at 422 Pelissier Street
Members of Windsor Pride and members of the community are invited to attend Windsor Pride Community's Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting agenda will be available and includes the election and re-election of members of the Board. All are welcome. You must be a member of the organization to vote and membership is 10 dollars. Major Announcement from Windsor Pride to Coincide with 20th Anniversary! Windsor Pride Board of Directors President Lawrence Lavender has promised a "major announcement" on November 21st, to coincide with the 20th Anniversary of Windsor Pride.

This announcement is the next step in the evolution of the LGBTTIQ Community and will have a profound impact on the visibility of the organization in the community.
For the last 2 decades, WPC has worked closely with members of the community to initiate and coordinate activities, and provide mutual support among area organizations, respond to concerns of th LGBTTIQ community through its member organizations and provide representation for the local gay and lesbian community.
It's an exciting time for Windsor Pride. We've worked very hard for the last 20 years and at times, it has been an uphill climb, but we've always had a big picture in mind and this announcement will mark the next phase of our vision as we continue to strive toward that big picture - when everyone is accepted and feels comfortable being who they are in Windsor Essex.
This is a crucial meeting and all members of WPC are encouraged to attend.
