This year, the annual pride parade will be following another route due to city streetscaping downtown. We're working with the city on a route with great visibility beginning near the Art Gallery and following Riverside Drive easterly toward Festival Plaza. More details will soon be made available. The parade will begin around 12:00 p.m., Sunday, August 9th. Want your group to be a part of our parade? Email Joselynn at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to be included in this annual tradition. Prerequisites include spirit, excitement, and diversity and of course, PRIDE. Bring your mom or dad, grandfather or grandmother, daughter, son, dog or cat and walk in the parade. All are welcome. PARADE HAS NEW STAGING AREA Due to the ongoing municipal strike, our parade will no longer stage at the parking lot on Caron Ave.
Instead, we will stage right on Riverside Drive between Campbell and Cameron Ave beginning at 10 a.m.
Participants are asked to enter the staging area at Campbell onto Riverside Drive
From there, Windsor Pride volunteer will assemble you in the parade order
Parade will begin from Cameron & Riverside Drive at 12:00 p.m. sharp
Heading east on Riverside Dr towards Downtown, the parade will turn left onto Ouellette Ave towards the Detroit River
Then quick right into the Riverfront Festival Plaza site
