This book is the first step in recognizing a generation of pioneers, many of whom laid the groundwork for the freedoms LGBTIQ individuals enjoy today.  As history shapes the present and often determines the future, it is hoped that Out and Aging: Our Stories will form the foundation for others to tell their stories.
